Providence Africa Group
“Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain.” – Psalm 127:1
Providence Africa Group was born out of a deep conviction — that Africa’s future must be built by its own people, rooted in purpose, and guided by something greater than profit: faith.
For me, this is not just a business venture — it is a calling. At the center of that calling is my unwavering faith in Jesus Christ. As a follower of Christ, I believe that every institution we build should serve a higher purpose: to honor God, uplift His people, and leave behind a legacy of hope, dignity, and transformation — all while leading in their respective fields and achieving strong, sustainable profitability. At Providence, purpose and profit work in harmony, delivering excellence that transforms lives and glorifies God.
The name Providence was chosen with deep intention. It reflects the belief in the protective care of God — His guidance, provision, and presence in every decision, every venture, and every life we touch. It reminds us that we are not building alone, and that everything we do must point back to Him.
Providence exists to meet Africa’s most essential needs — food, healthcare, energy, housing, information, and opportunity — and to do so not just adequately, but with excellence, at scale, and with compassion.
When I founded Providence in 2015, it was to bring together the ventures I had built over the years under one united vision: to transform lives and communities through bold, purpose-driven enterprise. Today, our companies operate across sectors vital to Africa’s future — from agriculture and energy to healthcare, construction, logistics, manufacturing, real estate, and media.
Yet even as we grow, our foundation remains unchanged:
Service. Stewardship. Significance. Success.
We define success not just by profits, but by the value we deliver, the lives we uplift, and the legacy we leave behind. We believe that Africa does not lack potential — it lacks bold, principled leadership. Through Providence, I am committed to building institutions that reflect the excellence of our God and the resilience of our people.
We are guided by faith, driven by impact, and powered by people — shaping a future where African solutions meet African challenges, and where prosperity is shared by all.
May everything we build point back to the One who builds with us.
This is Providence.
This is excellence — the African way.
